June 21 was the first solar eclipse of the year.  This eclipse started at 9:15 am and has ended at 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
The biggest solar eclipse of the century was seen.  The special thing is that the astronomical event happened on the biggest day and the shortest night of the year.  In some parts of India, people were able to see the 'Ring of Fire' during the solar eclipse, however, in most parts of the country, the eclipse was only partially seen.
Ring of fire was seen at some places in Haryana state of India.

Due to the lack of clear weather in Delhi, India saw something like solar eclipse.

Solar eclipses appeared in these countries: These eclipses have appeared in Africa, Australia, Southeast Europe, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ethiopia and Congo.  The northern states of Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttarakhand have witnessed a spectacular solar eclipse.  A partial solar eclipse was observed in the rest of the country.
The solar eclipse is an astronomical event.  A solar eclipse occurs because of the moon's arrival between the Earth and the Sun.  During this time, the shadow of the moon falls on the earth and the place where this shadow falls is partially dark. In such a situation, the sun should not be seen with naked eyes.  On June 21 this year, there will be a solar eclipse.
The only solar eclipse seen in India in the year 2020 took place on 21 June.  This eclipse started from 9:15 am on 21st, till 3 pm.  The eclipse was 99.4 percent of this eclipse, that is, the sun was completely hidden in some places.  This eclipse was about 5 hours, 48 minutes 3 seconds.
Today's solar eclipse was unique in many respects.  What makes this eclipse extremely rare is that only three solar eclipses will be seen from India later this century, after a long gap.
This eclipse is also in the ring (ring) form in North India only 21 km.  Widened in a single strip.  Elsewhere it looked like a partial eclipse.  The maximum duration of the ring was only 38 seconds.  In the last 20 years of this century, there were 5 solar eclipses from India, which were seen in 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2019.
With this eclipse, there will be a total of 6 eclipses in 20 years, which kept falling from one to 09 years.  Due to this, it is not a rare event for the countrymen, but after this, only 3 solar eclipses will be seen from India in the entire twenty-first century, they will also fall in a gap of 14, 30 and 21 years respectively.
